Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the cleaning services provided by Come Back Clean Maid Service, LLC ("Come Back Clean," "we," "us," or "our") and to your use of our website. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book services or use the website.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the areas we serve in Louisiana. The tasks included in each service are described on our website, in your quote, or in your service agreement. Anything not listed is outside the scope of the service unless we agree to it in advance.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us about the size, condition and use of the property. If the property differs from what was described, we may adjust the price or the scope of work before or during the visit, and we will let you know when we do.

Booking and Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed once we have accepted your booking.
• Arrival times are given as a window, not an exact time. Traffic, weather and earlier appointments can affect when our team arrives.
• For recurring service, your schedule continues until you or we change or cancel it.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, or visits where our team cannot get into the property, may be charged a fee. Ask our office for the current notice period and fee.

Access to Your Property

You agree to give our team safe access to the property at the scheduled time, with working utilities, including water and electricity. Please let us know about alarm systems, gate codes, pets, and any area or item we should not clean or handle. We may decline or stop work in conditions that are unsafe for our team, such as hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestations, or aggressive animals.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in your quote or booking confirmation. Payment is due as stated at booking, and by booking you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Unpaid balances may lead to service being paused until the account is brought up to date.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours of your visit and we will work with you to make it right, which may include returning to re-clean the area in question.

Damage and Liability

Our team takes care in your home or business. If you believe something was damaged during a visit, please tell us within 24 hours so we can look into it. We are not responsible for:

• normal wear and tear, or items that were already damaged, loose or improperly installed
• damage caused by following your instructions or by products you asked us to use
• items of high value or sentimental importance that were not put away before the visit, such as cash, jewelry, artwork, or collectibles

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Non-Solicitation

Our team members are trained and employed by Come Back Clean. While you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterward, you agree not to hire a team member who was introduced to you through our services to clean for you directly.

Use of This Website

The content on this website is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or submit false information through its forms. Our use of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, which also covers SMS messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
